Lady Ram Volleyball Wins Battle at Lake Worth

It took five sets, but the Lady Rams were able to hold off the Lake Worth Lady Bullfrogs with the final set 15-5 win. After winning sets one and three with a 25-23 score, the Lady Rams were unable to put away the Lady Bullfrogs in set four, losing 25-21.

Brittany Delk led the Lady Rams, with 6 aces and 11 kills. Coylee Cloud had 9 kills in the victory. The Lady Rams moved to 4-5 on the year, which included a runner up finish recently in the Graham Bronze Bracket.

Coach Erin Rincon was happy with the win. “I was glad to see us finish strong in the fifth set. It was a good win for the girls,”stated Rincon.

The JV also picked up a win against Lake Worth. The JV swept Lake Worth, with a 25-13 and 25-21 win. The JV is 2-2 on the year.
