Michael “Hoot Owl” Turner passed away August 30, 2021. He was born October 28, 1962 in Lubbock, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ollie Nell Perkins Jackson.

Survivors include his children, Jazmin Masias and Michael McKelvey; sister, Zelma Tate; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Monday, September 12, 2021 at the Mineral Wells Church of God.
