Patrick Shawn O’Meara
Patrick Shawn O’Meara was born January 18, 1968 in Blackwell, OK and passed away November 16, 2021 in Mineral Wells, TX, he was 53 years old. Shawn loved his family, his friends, his cats, his Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys. He was an avid pool player and loved watching sports, having a beer with friends and family, listening to heavy metal, and taking care of his little slice of heaven in Mineral Wells.
Shawn is survived by his partner Michelle St John, sister and brother-in-law Suzanne Geer and Ren Frank of Stevensville, MT, brothers and sisters-in-law Bryan Geer and Aleksandra Kassak of Gdańsk, Poland and Jeffery and Dorothy Geer of Mineral Wells, TX, nephew Kevin Geer, Nieces Kendra and Tabatha Geer, his Aunt Nancy, Uncle Dan, Aunt Raylene and numerous cousins and friends. Shawn was proceeded in death by his parents Susan and James “Pat” O’Meara, Grandparents JD and Amy O’Meara, and his adopted mother since he was 4 years old, Karen Geer.
Graveside services will be 2 PM Friday, November 19, 2021 at Staggs Prairie Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
