An early morning break in a 12 inch water main line left City employees scrambling just below Welcome Mountain to shut off the water and fix the problem. No word on how much water was lost or how long the repair will take.
Don’t forget City Council will have a discussion on what funding the new water system will look like at the August 15th meeting at 6pm. Public comments are allowed at the beginning of the meeting and citizens are required to fill out a speaker form prior to the start of the meeting.
