The Graford Lady Jackrabbits saw their volleyball season end Tuesday night in Archer City.
The Harrold Hornets swept Graford 3-0 in the Class 1A-Region II regional quarterfinals round. The Hornets will meet Evant in the regional semifinals.
The Lady Jackrabbits enjoyed an outstanding season that saw them win the District 12-1A championship with a perfect 5-0 mark. It marked their third straight district title.
That earned Graford a first-round playoff bye. The Lady Jackrabbits swept Crowell in the area round to set up Tuesday’s regional quarterfinals match.
Graford ends the season with a 32-8 overall record. The team posted a 10-1 mark at home and 8-1 on the road, with a 14-6 record in neutral site games.
Lady Jackrabbits seniors playing their last game were setter Ashley Crawford, defensive specialist Hannah Lindsay, middle hitter Harley Blakeley, and setter Brooklyn Phillips.
