AWARD WINNING PUBLIC EDUCATION ADVOCATE COURTNEY GORE TO HEADLINE PALO PINTO COUNTY REPUBLICAN WOMEN’S CLUB MEETING IN JANUARY

From Local Reports:
Granbury ISD Board of Trustees President Courtney Gore will be the
featured speaker at the January meeting of the Palo Pinto County Republican Women’s Club.
With unwavering resolve, Gore has fought against those who seek to undermine the vital role of public education in our communities. Her tireless efforts to uphold educational standards and ensure every child has access to quality learning opportunities have earned her recognition and respect, most recently as Friends of Texas Public Schools’ 2024 Ambassador of the Year.
Courtney will share her journey, the
challenges she has faced, and her vision for a brighter future for all Texas public schools.
“We are excited and honored to host Courtney,” said PPCRWC Chairwoman Mary Creighton.
“Public education is shaping up to be the most important issue of the upcoming legislative session. The insight Courtney can provide will be invaluable for our members as they follow the session.”
The club will meet on January 31, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Holiday Hills Country Club clubhouse. Admission is $20 and lunch will be provided. The event is open to everyone, and men interested are encouraged to join the club as affiliate members.
