Burn Ban Remains On

Palo Pinto County Commissioners met Monday September 27 and decided to leave the burn ban on for the county.
“The grass fires have definitely been up,” said Emergency Management Coordinator Mistie Garland.
Forecasters are calling for rain in the near future but commissioners took no action on the burn ban and outdoor burning is still not allowed in Palo Pinto County as of September 27th.
