Paul William Graham of Mineral Wells was called home by our Lord on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 7:36 a.m. after a short bout with cancer.  He was 89.

Graveside Service:  10 a.m. Thursday, January 13 2022 at Davidson Cemetery in Mingus.

Paul, known as Bill or Billy in his younger years, was born in Cedarville, Ohio on April 13, 1932, son of Roger and Lois Chaney Graham.  He graduated from Silvercreek High School in Jamestown, Ohio in 1949.  Paul enlisted in the United States Army at Fort Knox, Kentucky right after he graduated.  He served in the infantry and was assigned to the radar unit at Fort Bliss in August of 1949.  Paul spent four years in Germany before he was honorably discharged as a Specialist 1st Class after 9 ½ years of service in 1958.

Paul taught elementary school for two years and worked at El Paso Products while seeking his degree in Economics at the University of El Paso.  After graduating, he moved to Odessa and continued to work for El Paso Products, retiring after 19 years.  Paul moved to Westwood Beach on Lake Palestine in 1994 and served approximately 20 years on the board and as President of the POA.   He moved to Mineral Wells in 2015 to be near his family.  Paul was a member of the Cowboy Church in Mineral Wells.

Survivors:  Wife, Bonnie Graham of Mineral Wells; daughters, Cheryl Coody Belson of Caddo, and Vickie Coody of Abilene; granddaughters, Michelle Rist of Austin, Tricia Wallace and husband, Michael, of Platanitos, Mexico, and Amy Belson of Fort Worth; brother, Neal Fields and wife, Toni, of Jamestown, Ohio; eight nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
