Update:MWISD closing all campuses Thursday February 24 due to inclement weather.

Mineral Wells ISD will begin early release of students today Feb 23 at 1:30pm due to weather conditions deteriorating.

Schools are scheduled to resume classes on Thursday Feb 24 but with a two hour delay.

“Due to the ice and rapidly deteriorating road conditions, Mineral Wells ISD will be closing today at 1:30 p.m. Buses will run their regular routes at that time. All after-school and athletic activities have been canceled. We will have a 2 hour delayed start on Thursday, February 24^th.”
