Jerry Smith a great husband, dad, and Papaw passed away February 14, 2022. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to Doc Edmond Smith & Hazle Marie (Perkins) Smith on August 23, 1962. He was the youngest of 10 children.

Jerry met Marcelle Machen in 1980 and they married in 1983. Jerry was a very kindhearted man who loved God, his family, and his dog Eddy.

Survivors include his wife, Marcelle; four children Melissa, Melinda, Jerry and Krislyn; 5 grandchildren Taylor, Austin, Kaleb, Joey and Ryleigh; and 2 great grandchildren Hagen & Braylee.

A double memorial service, for Jerry and his daughter Melissa, will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 25 at the Mineral Wells Church of God.

He will forever be missed. Until we meet again my Sweet Man
