Marc graduated from Sul Ross University with a degree in Range Animal Science. After college he worked for various cattle raisers and was skilled in cattle embryo transplants. Marc worked for Wharton Junior College as a ranch foreman. Capitol Feed and Milling in Austin was his next venture as manager. In Santo, TX he became a successful land realtor with Anderson Realty. Marc married his beautiful wife Bobbie Sue Sparks and lived on their ranch in Santo, TX. Marc had many hobbies including team roping, elk hunting in Colorado with his Uncle Steve and friends, and fishing at the coast with his brothers. Marc’s message to others is God loves you and has a purpose for your life. To find this purpose we are to accept Christ, study the Bible, and attend a Bible based Church.

A memorial service will be held in July at the Paisano Baptist Encampment, Alpine, TX

Memorial gifts can be made at First Financial Bank under Bobbie Sue Sparks special account or mailed to: Bobbie Sue Sparks 1120 Live Oak Rd, Santo, TX 76472 to be deposited. All gifts will be donated to Paisano Baptist Encampment in Marc’s name. This church camp held a very special place in Marc’s heart as he still went every year with his family.

“Bless Your Heart”

He taught us by example to stop in the madness of this world and just BE, just listen, and engage in the ones you love.2/5/1958
