MWAN – Where Local News Means Local
Mineral Wells Area News is participating in the donation matching program known as NewsMatch that is taking place now through the end of the 2022.
For every dollar donated to MWAN in November and October, NewsMatch will give us a grant with a matching donation. Our goal is to raise $15000 which is the cap amount NewsMatch will contribute to a single news outlet. We could quickly earn $30,000 for our community newspaper in this grant matching program. Also, NewsMatch will give us a bonus of $1000 if we can get 100 new people to make a donation of ANY amount to MWAN in the same time frame.
