Shooting Suspect Charged In Court, Bond Set

The 18-year-old subject accused of shooting a woman in Mineral Wells was arraigned and charged in court.

George Luis Soria, Jr was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Burglary of a Habitation. Each of the three charges has a bond set at $250,000.

The suspect allegedly fled the scene after the shooting and was apprehended by MWPD. The victim was care flighted but later released with non-fatal injuries.
