City Hires New Parks Director with Aquatic Background

The City of Mineral Wells has hired a new Director for the Parks and Recreation Department after long time Director Andy Tarkington retired last year.
City Manager Dean Sullivan introduced Carrie Stevenson to the City Council and read much of her career experience aloud, which seemed heavy in swimming and aquatic facilities. An impressive credential on her resume listed being a team member that opened the 100% cost recovery recreation center in Keller, Tx.
