Crazy Wedding

Local wedding & event venue owners tie the knot, but in an unexpected location
If you owned a stunning wedding venue and decide to get married, wouldn’t you just host it there? Maybe, but it seems one local couple needed something a little “Crazier” for their own nuptials.
Maria Garcia and Bruce Johnson said their I-dos on the evening of August 31st with an intimate gathering of their loved ones and became Mr. & Mrs. Johnson somewhere you might not expect. The couple owns M & B Ranch, located just East of Mineral Wells, where they rent out their venue hosting similar celebrations, however they had something different in mind for their own special day.
Frequently surrounded with all of the commotion an extravagant wedding can entail, the couple decided to take a simpler, more personal approach to their own ceremony.
Mineral Wells has become a place close to the couples heart, so they chose a spontaneous wedding under the Crazy Sign located in the center of town, on Highway 180. The wedding was followed by a reception held at the Bankhead Wine Bar located near the sign.
The incorporation of the city’s sign is sure to add a unique touch to anyone’s memorable celebration.
