Phyllis Ann Fuller of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born on August 25, 1946, to Thomas Brent and Mamie Faye (Stubblefield) Chaney in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on February 14, 2022, in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years.

Phyllis grew up and attended school in Elmore City, Oklahoma. She and Garland Fuller were married at the Elmore City Church of Christ on May 23, 1964. Together they made their home in Elmore City. Phyllis worked at SORC for several years. The family relocated to Mineral Wells, Texas. Phyllis worked as a teacher aide at Palo Pinto Schools for many years. Garland and Phyllis retired and made their home on Palo Pinto Lake until his passing in 2015. She then returned to Oklahoma and has made her home in Pauls Valley for the past 7 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, cooking, playing games, and traveling. The thing she loved most was spending time with her family. Phyllis was always the life of the party and kept everyone laughing. If you knew her, she loved you like you were one of her own. The highlights of her life were her family and friends.
