Rams Open Season with Scrimmage Against Bridgeport

It’s not quite time for Friday Night Lights in Texas, but it’s getting closer. Mineral Wells Rams took on the Bridgeport Bulls in a scrimmage last night to get their feet wet this season.

Coach Seth Hobbs chatted with Mineral Wells Area News after the scrimmage and while he sounded pleased, he says they still have things to work on. Check out our interview with Hobbs and see some highlights from the scrimmage. Next week the Rams will travel to Breckenridge for a scrimmage on Thursday and officially open the 2022 season at home against Castleberry on August 26.
