The Palo Pinto County Commissioner’s held a special session today September 19 to discuss the Burn Ban that was lifted on Friday September 15th around 1:00pm.

The Court voted to leave the County Wide Burn Ban Off with recent rain falls.

Burning is now permitted within the county outside of city limits but please let the Sheriff department know if you intend to burn.
