Glenn Rogers Pens Another Op-Ed as Campaigns Continue to Heat Up for HD60 Seat

It appears that once again, the Palo Pinto County Conservatives group has scheduled a guest speaker that has a history of hatred and a record of misdeeds. According to a recent post by the Texans for Strong Borders PAC, their founder and President, Chris Russo, is scheduled to address the Palo Pinto Conservatives in Mineral Wells on Monday, November 13th .
Russo’s PAC functions just like the disgraced Defend Texas Liberty PAC, by spreading misinformation and slandering any candidate who cannot be controlled by them. Russo goes around acting as if Texas is failing on border security and constantly criticizes our conservative state government. We all know the truth: Joe Biden is failing on border security. The Texas Legislature and Republican leaders are doing everything they can to secure our southern border, with record funding for more border barriers, administering Operation Lone Star, and passing strict policies to deter drug traffickers, human smugglers, and illegal immigration, all responsibilities of the Federal Government.
Most recently, Russo drove the infamous anti-Semite, Nick Fuentes, to the Pale Horse Strategies Office, located in a building owned by the Wilks family. Follow the money: Pale Horse Strategies is the political consultant to the Defend Texas Liberty PAC, which is funded primarily by Tim Dunn and Farris Wilks. The Defend Texas Liberty PAC also funds Russo’s Texans For Strong Borders PAC.
Fuentes and Jonathan Stickland, leader of Pale Horse Strategies met for six and a half hours along with other acolytes of Fuentes. As recently reported, Fuentes has made a name for himself by praising Adolf Hitler, denying the Holocaust, and calling for the destruction of the GOP. Fuentes is relentless in his attack-rhetoric against the Jewish people. Russo has even hired devoted followers of Fuentes. In no way, shape, or form does Fuentes represent the values of the Republican Party. Russo’s partnership with the Hitler admirer makes him just as unworthy to call himself a “conservative.” So why is the Palo Pinto Conservatives inviting one of Fuentes’ closest allies to their next meeting?
Russo has yet to issue any statement about his car ride and meeting with neo-Nazi Nick Fuentes. Do not reward this vile behavior by attending his meeting in Mineral Wells. We must root out antisemitism in our party and we must show our support for our Jewish allies every chance we get.
