DEADLINE TODAY: Local Businesses Urged to Join Easter Egg Hunt as Sponsors

MINERAL WELLS, Texas — Today marks the final opportunity for local businesses to sponsor the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt organized by the Mineral Wells Parks and Recreation Department, officials announced Friday.

The community event, scheduled for Saturday, April 12, at 10 a.m. at West City Park, promises a festive morning as children search for eggs hidden across the baseball fields. Areas will be designated by age group to ensure all participants have an equal opportunity to find treasures.

“We hope that you will join us in this unique opportunity to bring a hoppy and fun community event to Mineral Wells,” said Carrie Stevenson, Mineral Wells Parks & Recreation Director.

Businesses can still select from multiple sponsorship tiers before today’s deadline: Gold ($500), Silver ($275), Bronze ($150), or Friend ($50). All sponsorship levels include brand visibility, with higher tiers offering additional benefits such as social media promotion and booth space at the event.

Payments can be made online through the city’s Zeffy donation portal, where sponsors will receive a tax receipt for their contribution. Officials noted that 100% of donations support the department’s mission.
