Garner ISD Students Shadow Mineral Wells Police Officers

MINERAL WELLS, Texas — Two Garner ISD Law Enforcement Practicum students spent a day job-shadowing at the Mineral Wells Police Department, gaining hands-on insight into the daily operations of local law enforcement.

“The experience was a BLAST for both students—to top it off, they were recognized at tonight’s Mineral Wells City Council meeting!” the post continued.

“We enjoyed having Eli and Wyatt come shadow our officers and learn more about the Law Enforcement profession,” the Mineral Wells Police Department stated. “We look forward to continuing this partnership with Garner ISD and helping mentor our future leaders.”
“A huge thank you to the Mineral Wells Police Department & Chief Denison for your partnership and commitment to shaping the next generation of public safety professionals,” Garner ISD added. “We are excited for what the future holds!”
