Perricone’s claim of indigency in his ongoing civil lawsuit. In fact, the document referenced was a proposed order submitted by an attorney and has not been signed or approved by the court.

No ruling has been issued on the indigency matter, and the court has not held a hearing on the challenge as required under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145.
